Petra created bixbite

Lab Created Bixbite

The gemstone has several different names: red beryl, red emerald, or bixbite. Originally the mineral was named bixbite, but now red beryl is the most accepted designation. Red beryl is estimated to be worth 1,000 times more than gold and is so rare that one red beryl crystal is found for every 150,000 diamonds. Petra manufacturing enterprise offers for sale bixbite crystals, grown by a method of hydrothermal regrowth of natural beryl.

Petra swiss blue topaz

Blue Topaz

Since 2009 natural topaz crystals treatment is one of our top priority directions. This includes our technology of irradiation topaz coloring allowing to get Swiss Blue crystals from colorless topaz. By using the same technology on a natural amethyst we managed to intensify its color from light tinted crystal to the medium intensity colors.
